Niall O'Connor
Managing Director
Niall joined Dynamic Events in 2010 having completed a wide range of qualifications in areas such as economics, management, digital marketing and graphic design. Niall leads the business sales and marketing strategy, product innovation & event technology, event tendering and co-ordinates internal business functions and systems. Niall loves sport and is a keen golfer.
Lauren O'Brien
Head of Conference & Event Management
Lauren started life at Dynamic Events as an intern during her studies at TU Dublin (DIT) and has rapidly worked her way up through the ranks. Having held the position of Project Manager for a number of years, Lauren now heads up the Conference & Event Management Department within the company.
A perfectionist in all that she does, Lauren has a creative eye for detail along with a bubbly and chatty personality that brings a light and fun atmosphere to the office.
Stephen Creighton
Sales Manager
Stephen joined Dynamic Events in 2017 having previously worked in a number of customer focused roles within the Motor Industry after completing a Management degree in 2011. Stephen manages our sales and proposals department, his product and venue knowledge ensures that we find the right fit for our clients objectives. Stephen's attention to detail ensures a smooth transition of events from the Sales to Operations team.
Steven Bohan
Head of Marketing
Steven joined the Dynamic team in 2018 as our Marketing & Event Technology Manager having previously worked in the Finance Industry. He heads up our marketing department, runs our social media, looks after all our event technology and, if you are lucky, you might even see him out and about managing one of our app based events! In his spare time, Steven is a big sports fan and was part of the Blessington GAA team that won the Wicklow Senior Football championship in 2021 and again in 2023.
Dave Fairfax
Senior Event Manager
Dave, a Senior Event Manager at Dynamic Events, is a cornerstone of our team, renowned for his unwavering professionalism. Dedicated to flawless event execution, Dave's problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach have cultivated a devoted client following. Beyond work, he finds joy in quality time with his family.
Marc Daniels
Senior Event Manager
Marc is a seasoned team building specialist with over 20 years of experience in the events industry. He is passionate about game design and delivery, and has a creative flair with a keen eye for detail. Marc has extensive knowledge in developing customized team building experiences that cater to each client's unique needs. He is committed to delivering exceptional events that promote team bonding, communication, and problem-solving skills. Away from work, Marc is a massive sports fan!
Dale Archbold
Senior Event Manager
Dale, a Senior Event Manager at Dynamic Events, initially became part of the operations team in 2014. A problem solver with a positive attitude, Dale confronts challenges head-on and executes tasks with efficiency. His logical approach and unflappable demeanor make him a valuable asset. Outside work, Dale is an avid outdoorsman, often camping, fishing, hiking, or enjoying time in his beloved Landrover.
Megan Charles
Bookings Manager
Megan studied Event Management in UCD Professional Academy before joining Dynamic Events. She works directly with our clients to work out all the finer details for their event right up until the event itself. Attention to detail is her specialty!
Megan has a passion for fashion and has graduated from the Grafton Academy with a qualification in Fashion Design and Pattern Drafting! Some of the events she has been involved in include The Rose of Tralee, Gok Wan Fashion Brunch Club and DCU Young Designer Of The Year on the Styling/Dressing side.
Robert Farrelly
Graphic Designer
Robert, a Graphic Designer at Dynamic Events since May 2022, has completed various creative courses including sound engineering, 3D game design, graphic design, and animation. He creates decks, event maps and game screens for the sales, event management, and event technology teams. Robert is committed to creating custom and unique experiences for all events he works on. He also enjoys music, martial arts, and spending time with his pets in his free time.
Damien Barry
Customer Account Manager
Damien joined the team in 2022 and is passionate about building and contributing to successful organizations. He is a proven technical and customer support professional, with a track record of exceeding expectations in both sales and delivery. Damien brings a creative approach to everything he does and brings a fresh and innovative approach to all his endeavours, devoted to helping clients accomplish their objectives.
Meg Carlyon
Marketing Executive
Meg started her journey with Dynamic Events as an intern on work experience during her studies at Technological University Dublin (TUD), where she was studying Advertising and Marketing Communications. Since graduating, she has joined Dynamic Events as a full-time Marketing Executive. In her role at Dynamic Events, Meg thrives on engaging with people and building relationships, which allows her to create great memories for clients and attendees.
Outside of work, Meg loves holidays and organising trips. She enjoys planning every detail of her travels, from selecting the perfect destinations to arranging exciting activities and accommodations.
Aoife Richardson
Sales Executive
Aoife began her journey with Dynamic Events in June 2023 as a part-time team member while completing her studies. Upon graduating from Maynooth University with a degree in Criminology and Sociology, she transitioned into a full-time role as a Sales Executive. In this position, Aoife plays a crucial role in driving sales and building strong client relationships.
Outside of work, Aoife enjoys staying active by going for walks with her dog and spending time at the gym.
Sharon Casey
Office Manager & Accounts
Sharon joined the Dynamic Events team in 2024, bringing over 20 years of experience in the optical manufacturing industry. With a background spanning administration, purchasing, HR, and logistics, she now supports our company with administration and accounts.
Outside of work, Sharon enjoys walking, Pilates, and restoration projects, adding creativity and dedication to everything she does.

July brought one of our favourite events: @clashofthecompanies 🏆 Hundreds of people from all business sectors came together at the @rdsdublin to compete against each other to raise funds for sick children in Ireland.
A big shout out to our brilliant team involved with the Aircraft Leasing Ireland Global Aviation Sustainability Day. Lauren O'Brien and Niall O'Connor seamlessly managed every detail of the event which was 13 months in the making.

Yesterdays "Back to School Sports Day" event held at Pembroke Cricket Club for our friends at PwC was an absolute blast! 🎯 The perfect ingredients of fun, teamwork, and bonding made this event a resounding success! 🙌🌟 It was an extraordinary team-building experience that brought everyone closer together, fostering a strong sense of camaraderie. ⚽️🏅
Wow! What an incredible day last Friday at Qualapalooza in @scribblestowngardens 🎵🌞 This music festival-themed summer party for 400 employees from our friends at @qualtrics was an absolute blast! 💃🕺 From mesmerising floating characters to colourful inflatables, DJs spinning groovy beats to mind-blowing live music acts, it was a day filled with unforgettable memories! 🎪🎶
