The Client 

The Killashee Hotel and The Heritage are two exceptional members of the prestigious FBD Hotels group. Both are known for their scenic locations, with the Killashee in Kildare and the Heritage in Laois, and for their commitment to providing excellent hospitality experiences. But they had a new challenge ahead, rolling out newly defined core values across their teams in a way that wasn't just informative but inspiring.  

Killashee and The Heritage needed an event that would not only engage their staff but make them true ambassadors of these values. They wanted every team member to truly believe in these core principles.  

Challenge ⚀ - how can we effectively communicate the new values in a way that will resonates deeply with every employee

Where the Magic Happens 

This is where Dynamic events stepped in, transforming the hotels goals into a vibrant engaging experience. We knew that to achieve success, we had to do more than simply present the new core values we had to make them come alive for team members. 

How we worked our Magic:  

Immersive Team Collaboration: Enter Level Up a high energy interactive team building challenge that we customised from the ground up. It featured banding and values driven questions designed uniquely for both hotels. Teams competed through various levels, each promoting problem solving, collaboration, and direct engagement with the hotels new core values.

Interactive App Integration: Our award-winning app kept the excitement alive throughout the day. Teams used it to track their progress, submit answers, and receive live updates, keeping the competitive energy high. 

A Grand Finale: The day culminated in a showcase of highlights, where the team's journey was celebrated. It was more than just a competition; it was a powerful bonding experience that left everyone with a sense of accomplishment and renewed commitment to their roles.
