Sales Team Introduction: The event began with a warm welcome from the Castleknock Hotel sales team, who provided an overview of the hotel's key features, services and event capabilities, setting the stage for what was to come.  

Interactive Cocktail Making: To showcase the hotels hospitality, a live cocktail making session with one of Castleknock's hotels bartenders brought a fun and personal touch, allowing participants to experience the hotel’s service in a unique way.  

Virtual Exploration and Competition: Agents were split into three teams and took part in a virtual exploration of the hotel using our award-winning app. The experience featured a pre-recorded video tur od the hotels key areas, followed by engaging trivia questions about the venue and Dublin. The competitive element kept the energy high and ensured that participants were actively involved.  

Networking in Breakout Rooms: Following the virtual tour, agents gathered in Zoom breakout rooms, creating opportunities for deeper conversations and networking. These discussions allowed agents to connect with one another while learning more about how the venue could meet their client's needs.
