Celebrating 5 Years of Wix Dublin

Objective:

The primary goal of the event was to celebrate the remarkable five-year journey of Wix Dublin. Over 300 of their dedicated staff members would be attending the event, making it a momentous occasion.

1. Venue Dress and Theming: For this special occasion, The Hyde Dublin was chosen as the venue, providing an elegant backdrop for the festivities. To infuse a celebratory atmosphere, Dynamic Events Ireland employed a range of thematic elements.

2. Welcome Reception: The welcome reception was a cocktail reception on the rooftop with a DJ, walkabout magician and caricaturists providing interactive entertainment.

3. Branding: To emphasise the Wix brand, Dynamic Events Ireland incorporated branding in creative ways:

• A 3-tier chocolate biscuit cake and branded cupcakes were served, reflecting the Wix theme.
• Giant 5ft custom letters spelling 'WIX' served as a striking centrepiece.
• Custom-branded Wix Beer Mats (double-sided) added a personalised touch.
• Wristbands with tokens were distributed, making transactions convenient for attendees.

4. Entertainment Sourcing and Activities:

• Panti Bliss served as the charismatic MC, delivering the awards ceremony for the Dublin Wix Awards 2023.
• DJ Marty Guilfoyle kept the dance floor alive.
• Meet-and-greet paparazzi enhanced the VIP experience.
• A 360 Photobooth created lasting memories for guests.

5. Event Management: Dynamic Events Ireland provided comprehensive event management services:

• An experienced event manager ensured smooth operations.
• Registration staff and iPad scanners streamlined check-in.
• Photography and videography captured the event's essence.

6. Event AV and Registration: The in-house AV system was seamlessly integrated for top-notch audiovisual experiences. Efficient event registration and management were facilitated through iPad scanners and dedicated staff.
