Expleo Launch Party

The Brief

French company Assystem acquired Dublin company SQS and rebranded as Expleo Ireland. We were asked to put together a proposal to celebrate this rebrand where 450 guests, including employees and clients, would be invited to a launch party. The idea was to provide a technology inspired celebration event that amplified the new brand and engaged the audience in a fun and inspiring way.

The Process

We sourced the Mansion House to host 450 guests. We provided 3D visual concepts with several ideas to help our client visualise exactly how the room and party would look and feel on the night.

For this event we did a complete branded fit out of the Round Room at The Mansion House. Guests were welcomed through the doors using flags, LED entertainers and purple carpet entrance. We used themed engagement areas like our Mobile Green Screen, F1 Simulator, VR Experience and a modern Irish dance performance from Slide Step to help amplify the new brand.
