  Transforming the hotel’s space into a Halloween-themed venue that was fun and slightly spooky, but not too scary, was crucial for creating the right atmosphere for this corporate team building event.

We collaborated closely with Radisson Blu to design a bespoke experience that would highlight the hotel’s commitment to family-friendly corporate events. Our approach ensured that all attendees, both young and old, were entertained and engaged.

We created an experience:
Our event management team curated a wide range of team building activities and entertainment designed to appeal to all ages:

• Games & Inflatables: We set up giant Connect 4, giant Jenga, carnival booths, and inflatable axe throwing—activities that were a hit with both the children and the adults.
• Spooky Entertainment: The venue featured a spooky tunnel and an inflatable pumpkin prop to set the Halloween mood, complemented by a DJ, puppet show, and themed Halloween props like Vampire, Frankenstein, and Skeleton Pirate. These elements added a festive touch to the corporate event.
• Meet & Greet Characters: Guests were thrilled to meet Casper and Mrs. Dracula, adding an extra layer of fun and interaction to the day.

On the day of the event, we transformed Radisson Blu Hotel into a Halloween-themed wonderland. The combination of interactive games, engaging performances, and carefully chosen decorations created an immersive environment perfect for a corporate family day.
