"Microfest" - Microsoft Ireland's European Development Centre Summer Party

In June 2024, we had the pleasure of organising Microsoft Ireland's European Development Centre Employees' summer party. We named it "Microfest," and the event took place on a beautiful day at the Radisson Blu St. Helens in Dublin. With a lively summer festival theme, we hosted 560 enthusiastic attendees for a day brimming with entertainment, music, activities, and delicious food and drinks.

• Games and Inflatables: An assortment of games including foosball, chess, giant Jenga, cornhole, carnival booths, and crazy golf. Inflatables added an extra layer of fun.
• Live Performances: A walkabout jazz band set the tone as guests arrived, while DJs kept the energy high with outdoor and indoor sets.
• Interactive Experiences: Various entertainers roamed the venue, adding a magical touch to the event.
• Food and Drinks: A barbecue served mouth-watering grilled dishes, and a bar provided a variety of drinks, ensuring everyone had a great time with plenty of refreshments.

• Transport: Smooth transportation with multiple coach runs between Microsoft offices, the venue, and the city centre.
• Safety and Support: A dedicated first aid marshal, event manager, and additional staff ensured everything ran smoothly and safely.
