The Challenge 

As Moore Ireland celebrated their 50th Anniversary and MKS Partnership at Lyrath Estate, they wanted an event that would not only reflect the success of their past but also reinforce their vision for the future. With 96 attendees from their Cork, Dublin, and London offices, the event needed to inspire unity, teamwork, and the company’s dedication to making a global impact. The challenge was to create an unforgettable experience that combined celebration with meaningful activities reflecting Moore Ireland’s core values.

Innovative Team Building with 'The Big Picture' 

The day kicked off with our signature "Big Picture" team building activity, designed to symbolise Moore Ireland’s unity and shared goals. Each attendee contributed to painting two large masterpieces that integrated the company's corporate colours, logo, and iconic landmarks from Moore Ireland’s history. This exercise promoted collaboration and creativity, embodying the atmosphere of teamwork that has driven the company’s success for 50 years. 

Social Responsibility with 'Solar Buddy: Hour of Power' 

In the afternoon, attendees took part in a groundbreaking initiative 'Solar Buddy: Hour of Power' a first in Ireland. Moore Ireland’s team assembled 96 solar-powered lights, which were donated to children living in energy poverty. This activity not only highlighted the company’s commitment to sustainability but also gave participants a hands-on way to make a positive, lasting impact. Each light came with a personal letter from the attendee, adding a heartfelt touch to the life changing gift. 

Entertainment & Networking 

To round out the celebration, attendees were treated to performances by magician Joe Daly and the enchanting Tiny Quartet. These acts added an element of wonder and enjoyment to the evening, while providing enough opportunity for networking and further strengthening the bonds within the team.
