Online Team Event for Google
Bespoke online social event to mark Press Pause Day at Google
About
Every year Google creates a one day experience designed to give their employees space, time, tools and support to make the changes in their life that are well overdue.
This year they needed a solution to bring this event online so we created a special custom made team building activity that was delivered through video conference and our award winning app.
The Process
Our in house design team created a bespoke game screen to mark the occasion and we loaded the game with personlaised content provided by Google. This content included fun company realated photo and video challenges mixed with observation style triva.
As part of the pre-planning we carfullly managed the creation of teams in advance to make sure the event ran smoothly on the day. The agenda included panel discussions followed by the team activity and we finished with an interactive digital carciuture session for the winning team.
The Result
The event attracted over 150 participants and the chat function at the end of the event lit up with dozens of positive comments.
