Spring into Wellness - Workplace Wellbeing for Wayfair

4 week EU wide employee engagement campaign to promote exercise, health, laughter, love and motivation.

Spring into Wellness for Wayfair was a 4 week employee wellbeing and engagement programme we designed, developed and delivered to 2,000 employees across Wayfair's EU operations. The idea of the campaign was to energise the employees while they were working apart using competitive challenges on a daily basis.

Over 1,000 employees across Europe signed up and took part in this self-guided campaign. Every day over a 4 week campaign each player was provided with an upbeat, creative challenge that would encourage participants to shoot motivational photos in their own home or neighbourhood, focused around boosting morale when employees are working remotely.

This process was automated with push notification though the app and all of the photos were auto scored and collated. The campaign finished up with over 56,000 pieces of content!

The competitive element helped drive participation and engagement with the 1,124 players split into 72 teams across 8 scoreboards

The photos were scored and saved into a presentation for the players to share, creating a lasting memory and plenty of fun!

The Dynamic Events team was absolutely fantastic! Very supportive and in touch with us throughout the whole event. They helped us design and host an event for over 2,100 employees working for our company remotely in Germany, UK and Ireland. Their input in the design process, creative side of the activities and hosting of the event was very valuable. They have also provided us with training which made the whole experience much more stress free and relaxed for us - the organizers. This is the 4th event we have Dynamic Events for - and we are looking forward to more in the coming months.
