A Hands-On Business Team Building Challenge
This team-building challenge gets everyone working together to create, market, and pitch a product. It’s fast-paced, interactive, and designed to bring out problem-solving, creativity, and teamwork.
How It Works
Each person takes on a role—project management, marketing, finance, or design—and works with their team to develop a product from scratch.
Over three structured phases, teams will:
✅ Design a brand and logo
✅ Create marketing materials and film an advert
✅ Build a prototype using materials collected throughout the day
✅ Interview ‘customers’ to refine their product
Bonus challenges pop up along the way, offering extra points and chances to invest in other teams.
The Finale
The top teams pitch their product in front of the group. Using our app’s voting system, participants choose the winner, wrapping up with a fun, competitive finish.
